Common Loon

The picture of this Common Loon was taken in Shrewsbury, Vermont on beautiful Spring Lake. I was very grateful that this Common Loon finally came close enough to get this picture after being on the Lake for a couple of days.
The picture was taken with the CANON EOS7D camera with a CANON 100-400mm lens.
